Replacement and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
Items that have factory defects are eligible for replacement or refund such as:
- Damaged item
- Not charging
- Battery life of less than 2 hours upon full charge of 4-5 hours
To request for replacement or refund, please send us an email at moonrocksph@gmail or message us at https://www.facebook.com/moonrocksssss and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name, Address and Mobile Number
- Picture or Video of proof of defect
To complete your request, you will need to send back to us the product for inspection, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. After we receive your item, it will go through quality check
Upon evaluation that the item has factory defect, we will send you a replacement item and pay for the shipping fee you paid for the return of our product. Please expect shipping within 2-10 days depending on location.
We will refund the amount you paid along with the shipping fee you shouldered for the return of the product, our team will coordinate with you to get your complete bank details.
